Once you have seen the Lets Live Leeds business model in action, and you have found you a property that needs some modification (we also source properties to take the leg work out of this), we can project manage the refurbishment, and furnish / dress the property if required.

We have trusted tradesman and professional builders that we have been using for up to 10 years and they are fully up to spec with the legislative demands of a licenced HMO. We work closely with Leeds City Council and have an accredited HMO Manager (fit and proper number assigned by the council). At Lets Live Leeds we have a qualified Interior Designer, whom can work with tight budgets to make a house have a superior wow factor. We take pride in setting up boutique HMO’s which rent very quickly and rarely have void patches once done.
